  • Step 2: FREE On-Site Consultation

    Meet with our landscape designer and estimator at your home. We will gather information and provide possible ideas and solutions during the on-site consultation.

  • Step 3: Design Plan Presentation

    For our design-and-build clients, you'll receive your design plan within 7-14 days of your on-site consultation, depending on the complexity of your design. We allow for one round of revisions, which we discuss with you to ensure we're aligned with what's possible on your property and your budget. Once things look good, we'll put together a detailed quote for installation.

  • Step 4: Installation Quote and Agreement Signing

    Within two days of your on-site consultation, or approval of your design, we'll provide you with a detailed price for installation and provide an agreement for you to sign. We'll take an initial payment, get you on the list, and provide you with a tentative start date.

  • Step 5: Installation Begins

    When it's time to start, we'll introduce you to the project manager and discuss the process and how you prefer to communicate with us during the project.

  • Step 6: Final Walkthrough + Ongoing Maintenance
