Our Landscaping Process Looks Like This:
Step 1: Get in Touch
You will get a prompt response from our customer service team when you fill out our simple online form. We encourage you to check out our online pricing guide before filling out the form. Then, provide information that will help us understand what you're interested in. We respond within 24-48 business hours to talk more and schedule a consultation.
Step 2: On-Site Consultation
To provide you with the best service possible and an accurate quote, we need to see your outdoor space. You will meet with our in-house landscape designer at your home to discuss your project in more detail. During the on-site consultation, we will gather information and provide solutions. This may include discussions about how you'd like to use your space, specific features, project deadlines, and of course, budget. During your on-site consultation, you will be quoted for the cost of your project's landscape design. It's important for all decision-makers within the home to have a discussion about the budget before our on-site consultation. Step 3: Design Plan Presentation
Within two weeks of your on-site consultation, you'll receive your design plan. You will also be given a link to pay your design fee, which will be credited back towards the cost of your project's installation, and links to all the details to review online. We allow for one round of revisions, and we discuss these with you to be sure we're aligned with your budget and with what's possible on your property. If you choose not to have us build out your new design, or your project does not require a landscape design, we'll go ahead and put together a detailed quote for installation.
Step 4: Installation Quote and Agreement Signing
Within two days of approving the design, we provide you with a detailed price for installation and provide the agreement for you to sign. We'll take an initial payment, get you on the list, and provide you with a tentative start date. You will receive weekly emails letting you know when things are getting closer to project start. For projects over 30K, we collect 25% at signing and another 25% before ordering the materials for your installation. For projects under 30K, we'll collect 50% at agreement signing.
Step 5: Installation Begins
When it is time to start, we'll introduce you to the project manager and discuss how you prefer to communicate with us during the project. We'll explain our process and let you know what you can expect during the project. We'll also let your neighbors know that we're working in the area, so if there are any concerns, they will be able to contact us directly.
Step 6: Final Walkthrough + Ongoing Maintenance
Once your project is complete, we'll collect the final payment, and we'll meet with you to walk through the project. We will explain any warranties and discuss ongoing care options.
